At Oumuwa we strive to deliver the highest quality, best performing and superior fitting products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Oumuwa you have thirty (15) days, from the date of receipt, to request a refund or replacement.
Oumuwa will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
- A replacement Product or exchange. In this case, Oumuwa shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer after receiving the damaged product.
- A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.
Type of Returnable Items:
Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
Type of Non-Refundable Items:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software products.
Charges for Return:
There are no charges for return, however the customer must pay for shipping/handling unless there is proof of damage at the time of delivery.
If originally charged, Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Oumuwa determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.

Timeframe for refund, exchange or replacement:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 5 business days, shipment tracking details will be sent via email.
